Ingredients
70 ml
passion fruit juice
40 ml
Lemon Juice
100 ml
white wine
1 pcs.
sprig(s) of rosemary
70 ml

350 ml
pink grapefruit syrup
400 ml
Water
Steps to prepare
1.
Chill all the liquid ingredients, then pour them into
the bottle.
2.
Add the rosemary. Do not exceed the maximum
filling quantity of 720 ml.
3.
Add one iSi Sparklets soda charger to the wand,
then screw the wand onto the bottle until it fizzes.
4.
Leave the wand on the bottle until the foam has
settled and the fizzing has stopped.
5.
Enjoy on ice!
